link in terms page

Could someone tell me which template is used for the "Shiiping + Handling page as i would like to add a link to a site in there.

Hi there

This is coming from "View | Business Settings | Terms and Condition". On here you will see a subtab along the bottom for "Shipping + Handling". You can only put plain text here.
