    T-shirt Builder

    Hi,

I have a client that would like to feature something I could only describe as a T-shirt builder, where you choose from various dropdowns different colours and logos to feature on a t-shirt and the product image which change to match what was in the dropdowns, please see this link to understand what I mean http://www.santacruzmtb.com now thats a challange in itself but I was wondering if that sort of thing can be intergrated into actinic some how?

I will have to build it in html I think flash would be a nightmare, if anyone knows of any good resouces sites to help me build this that would be great, but i understand if im asking to much.

If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate any help.

    Thanks

It can be done using Actinic. See http://www.drillpine.biz/v7fastframe..._Products.html where you can dynamically alter an image and change prices.

This uses a mixture of JavaScript, PHP and customised Perl scripts. The page is never refreshed - just the image which is generated dynamically via PHP - something like <img src="scaledframe.php?w=123&h=456&f=xyz.jpg"> - whhere the scaledframe.php reads the parameters being passed to it from the page and generates the required image.

The bike site seems to simply be replacing the entire product image with a new one for every possible combination.
