    UPS Bug in Actinic?

    Hello,

    When I try to register for UPS shipping using a valid UPS shipper number, I get an error that says "Registration Error: The XML Document is not well formed". Is this a bug with Actinic? A UPS problem?

    Any patches that address this? Anyone else ever had this problem.
    I'm on version 7.0.2.1.0.0.ELCA

    We saw this problem with shipping providers in an early release of version 6.01. However I have not seen this problem in version 7. Maybe you could make a snapshot and send it to us.       Figured it out....might be a bug still

      Thanks for writing...I actually figure it out. I guess it may be sort of a
      bug. The company info got pulled into the UPS tools automatically. It had
      an ampersand (&) in it since I set it up that way. Well, when I took those
      out of all of the setup fields it worked.
