Urgent help required on checkout pages.

Hello,

On my checkout pages, the store links like Home, cart, contact us etc do not show. Also a live help link I have on other pages, show but not on the checkout pages.

I have done a complete refresh of the site and checked the local generated files but the links etc don't appear.

What can I try next?

Hi Raymond,

The navigation options are taken out during checkout because you want the customer to carry on and complete the checkout and not click out of it and then possibly give up on the order. However, if you want them to be kept in you will have to copy the generated code from one of your product pages and paste it into the primary template that you are using for your checkout (Design | Options | Layouts), replacing NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERGUIDE. You will also need to add your 'Live Help' code in the same primary template too.
