Order Manager Error

Created a site using Developer 6.1.5. Client installed recently purchased order manager. On installation and import of web settings it was unable to download. I sent a snapshot to be imported which he did. Now it gives the following error message:

THE SERVER SCRIPTS ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION OF ACTINIC

IF ORDER PROCESSING IS SPLIT FROM WEBSITE MAINTENANCE THEN THE TWO COPIES NEED TO BE UPGRADED TO THE SAME VERSION

IF THIS ERROR PERSISTS, COPY THE PERL SCRIPTS FROM THE ORIGINAL SUBDIRECTORY AND TRY AGAIN

SERVER VERSION = 6 EGRA CLIENT VERSION = 7 ELCA

Anyone got any ideas on resolving this?

It sounds like your client may have order manager V7 but you're still using V6 for his website.

If so, then he probably needs to ask actinic for a V6 version of order manager (or you need to upgrade his website to V7).
