Surcharge - Min order

Hi,

Hi, I would like to put a min order on my site, if a customer order is below £30.00 then theres a 3.00 surcharge. If the order is over £30 there there is no surcharge.

I have looked under the shipping section and could build the charge into the shipping amount. What I really wanted was a seperate line on the receipt to say surcharge £3.00 etc.

Hi there

Brought into version 7 there is the option to add a surcharge based on the value in your shopping cart - but im afraid you cannot do it so simply in version 6.

The only simple way to have this surcharge option on the value of ?30 would be to do it via the shipping tables as you mentioned.

I managed to do it through the discount settings in version 6.

You set it that anything under £30 adds a value of £3.53.

The problem is that on the checkout it comes up as a Order Adjustment. This appears on the customers receipt as well...

What I want to do is rename the field to Min order surcharge....

Therefore, on the checkout and receipt it says Min Order Surcharge

The text 'order adjustment' is the name of your discount, see View | Discounts, and under the description column you can change the text there.
