    Checkout Now error page

I have had a call from a customer who said that they were getting a server error page when trying to confirm an order. I tried a test account and when I add something to the cart and go to view my cart, then click on Checkout Now, it doesnt go to the checkout but gives me one of those error pages.

    This page cannot be displayed...etc

The script in the address bar that it seems to want to load is os000001.pl, would there be an error with this? I know it has been working ok as we had some orders the other day and there was no problem and I havent updated the site since. I don't know what the problem could be. Can anyone help?

    Hi Wifler

Can you post up the url of the site so I can have a look?

One of the first things I would suggest to do would be to purge and refresh the script files on the website...

To do this, do the following...

    Ftp to yor server
Delete all the *.pm and *.pl files from the cgi-bin.
Delete all the *.fil and *.cat files from the acatalog folder.
Within your site1 folder on your local machine
Delete all *.pm, *.pl, *.cat and *.fil files
Go to the original folder, which is found in the root of the Actinic Ecommerce v6 folder
Copy all the *.pm and *.pl files
Paste them into the site1 folder
In Actinic, go to Web | Refresh website

    Hope that helps
