Change General Information questions on ordering page

How do you change the General Information questions on the checkout page?

Hi Barry

If you go to Design | Text, click the GOTO button, and enter the phase 4, ID 0.

It will highlight the first of the 3 general information questions (user definable 1) which you can change to suit your site... change the questions for user definable 2 and 3 aswell if you are using them.
