    multi columb section layout

is it possible to have the sub sections laid out in two columbs?

I have tried editing the act_sectionLine.html file, but i dont know how to get the to insert the next item in next box (i can see how it repeats down the page)

I know this must have been asked before, but i can't see the post

    thanks in advance

In the subsection details go to LAYOUT - LOCATION AND ARRANGEMENTS - select OVERRIDE DEFAULT SETTINGS - First Row Count =2 Subsequent = 2

This will give you 2 column for that section (or sub section)

      thanks,

what i meant (sorry for not making it clear) was the root product page that lists all the sections.

So for example if you click on the "online Catalogue" root node, it lists the subections of the site, thats the page i would like as 2 columbs

      thank you

The technique is similar, you will need to go to 'Design | Options | Sections', go to the area entitled 'Default Location and Arrangement of Section Lists', and enter the required column count into 'First Row Column Count' and 'Subsequent Row Column Count' and click ok.
