Is it or could it be possible in future for a "super user" account whom can place orders on behalf of customers without them divulging their password set?
The reason for this is telephone orders, call centre etc whilst loading the correct prices for a client... As such if the caller gives them their ID and then the call centre operator entered their own password it would identify whom placed the order, without the need to create a buyer for each client for each operator...
I beleive that the super user logon would be enough security so long as the caller could provide their client logon id.
Any thoughts?
