Atinic on more than one computer

I have designed the site and will keep doing the updates but I would like to get someone else in the office to download and process the orders but not sure how to get the snapshot of the site to them and keep it synchronised is there an easy way?

Usually you would make a snapshot from the main computer on a regular basis and trasnfer it to the other PC.

It's slightly time-consuming but easy enough within the same room.

Could I add a further question to this post...

If Actinic is being maintained on one pc, and orders downloaded on the other, what happens if the pc that doesn't normally download the orders accidentally does download the orders? Can the orders be merged later?

(I'm guessing not! So that being the case is there a way of stopping the maintenance machine not downloading and the order machine not doing any maintenance?)

There's a setting in View...Business Settings...Options Tick the Order Processing only box.
