Error: Incompatible Quickbooks version found

I've got my site all set up and can do this much of the regular processing:

1. Quickbooks to Actinic via Link
2. Actinic to Web site
3. Create orders, pay
4. Web site to Actinic
5. Actinic to .csv for import into QB Pro 2003

BUT NOT

6. Actinic to Quickbooks via link:
Error message: File not found [ok]
Error message: Incompatible Quickbooks version found. [ok]
Popup: Do you want to view the error log? [yes]
Opens notepad error.log: "in Orders processor; Incompatible QuickBooks version found "

Why? What can I do?

Actinic version: 6.1.5.1.0.0.EGRA
Actinic link version: [Version]
ImportVersion=v1.4.0 EJJA
ExportVersion=v1.4.0 EJJA
QuickBooks Pro 2003 version v.12.0.4.9 (from the update page)

It looks like you may need link 1.2. for V6 (i'm not sure about V1.4 but it sounds like V1.3 may have had a problem with V6).

Hi there

Sorry for the long wait. The person who runs the site hasn't uploaded it yet, so what i have done, is uploaded Quickbook Link 1.2 to another server. Here is where you can get it from: http://support.actinic.co.uk/~nrsupport/QBLink1.2.1.zip

I don't know if you use UK or US. I have uploaded the UK build, but if it is the US build you need then it has been uploaded to http://support.actinic.com/versions/

Error: Create payment is mandatory in payments table

Nadeem -

I downloaded and installed the US version of the Link 2003 1.2.1 that you posted. Now I'm getting the error "Create payment is mandatory in payments table" when setting up the profile for Actinic to Quickbooks. There's no checkbox or anything, and I have

Actinic Payment method: PayPal
QuickBooks Payment Method: PayPal

in the Payments tab. Help, please?
