    Payment method

    Hello

    I offer payment by Bank Transfer, but there doesn't seem to be a Payment Method for this. I changed the Web Site Description of "Payment on Account" to "Bank Transfer" which works fine, but the email to customer still refers to "Payment on Account". Does anyone have a solution to this?

    Hi Graham,

    I have tried a couple of test orders but my confirmation e-mails do not contain the payment method. Can you post a screenshot of the e-mail you are referring to please.

      Email attached. the problem section highlighted. I have changed the text of Payment on Account to Bank Transfer, but the former text is shown. (NB. The customer's personal data has been removed)

        Hi,

        Ah, that e-mail - not the one that I thought you meant. Go to the 'Design' menu and select 'Text'. Click on the 'Go To' button at the bottom of the window and type 965 in the ID field and then 'OK'. Change the prompt here to 'Bank Transfer' and click 'OK'. The e-mails that you send from the desktop will then use this text.
