Problem with quantities appearing twice

I have searched and found how to remove the second "quantity" when placing an order by editing the Perl script ActinicOrder.pm. It works, however when I download the order it still shows the double quantities. Is there a way to change this so it only shows the quantity per product once. I realize the customers do not see this, but don't want this to cause confusion when pulling orders.

Anyone know what I can do?

Also, what does "1 per item ordered" mean at the end of the description when viewing the order line?

Hi Jane

I'm afraid you cannot change the quantity number within the Actinic UI. It will always show 1.
However you could try in the permutation selecting "Component as separate order line". Then in the product, set the "Pricing Model" as "Sum of Component Prices" and tick under "No Order Line For Main Product".
What will happen when you download the order is that the component name will get downloaded without the product name i believe.

You need to make sure you are only using one component. The "No Order Line for Main Product" is in the product box under General.

ah, thanks Nadeem,
Typically, the 2 items I looked at to test this had 2 components listed (size/style and gift wrap!)
Have located it on other items now and it's checked already.
