    Internal Server Error after upgrade

    I've upgraded my my V6 Developer version to V7 and get and Internal Server Error when trying to use anything that needs scripts: Search, Add to Cart, View Cart, etc. What could be wrong? I haven't changed anything on the server side at all? Please help.

    Now the Search function is corrupt

    Ok, so I've done a Web Refresh Site and it seems to have fixed my add to cart functionality. However, the Search feature is now giving me this error:

    I did a search for the word "columbia" and got this error:

    The product index file format is corrupt. USD 2 332500 Set_Specials.php#aALLWALLEXT 30 All-Wall "Extendable" Full Set 0 73 12 Set Specials

    Anyone know of a way to fix the search function?

      Hi there

      This is prob down to the search files being corrupted. Please try the following:

      Go to "Help | Trouble Shooting".
      Click on the button "Website Purge and Refresh".
      On the new dialog box, simply tick "Delete .cat and .fil".
      Now click on the button that says "Delete and Refresh"
      Now Actinic should delete the .fil files and upload again

      Once this is done, you search should work fine
