Auto size images

Hi

With respect to images, I am considering having one in the main product table, and then one in the pop up window. Ideally, I would like to use the same image, but force the one in the main product table to autosize to the width of the table (ie 50% of actual image).

Is this possible, or is the only way to create 2 seperate files of the same image, but make one smaller than the other. I appreciate in Actinic there are two boxes per product for image file names to be entered, I am just looking at reducing the amount of work required. Any auto sizing would be a great help.

Get Power Toys - Image reziser and Rename

Rezise all the images then use Rename to Rename the (custom) images so they all have a "s" at the end.

You can then use the actinic database to quickly change the imagename used in popup window

Thanks for that. I have made these changes. Changing the export so that it contains the small images and then importing was a little nerve racking, but all seems fine.

The Powertools didnt give me the function to specify the width (70px) so I used Mihov Image Resizer. That and Rename are two very powerful little tools.

Image resizer should let you choose "Custom" where you can specify any size.
