Login Page : problem with personalizing the default message

I have personalized the default message for unregistered customers on my login page :

http://commerce.ictl.com/acatalog/

It is working, but I don't understand why the message appears twice... can you help me?

Hi there,

Please could you go to your "Act_LoginPage.html", this can be found in "Advance | Template Manager". Click on the "Miscellaneous" tab, then click on "Cust. Login" and find a variable "NETQUOTEVAR:UNREGISTERED". See if this is reoccuring twice.
