When I look at seo tools, I am getting comments that I am not putting the appropriate text in the "header text". Can you advise where I need to put this information?

Do you have the meta keywords and meta description added in each section?
The keywords should be a string of words separated with a comma and the description should be a descriptive sentence(s) in plain english which is viewed under a internet search.
Not being familiar with SEO Tools it may also be telling you there is an error with too many characters or repetition of words which search engines frown upon
