HELP! Dissapearing order.

I have received an automatic email informing me of the presence of an order. I click the order download green button but there is no order there, even after several minutes. Is there any way of retrieving this order? Is it lost in cyberspace?

Probably hidden under the Pending Payment sevice provider Section.

If the customer makes an order and then gets sent to say Worldpay or Protx etc, the first part of the order (Actinic) notifies you of the order, The Service company then says you have been paid and send a message that moves the order automatically from Pending Payment sevice provider to pending
