Do I need SSL if I'm using WorldPay?

Hi all.

I am having lots of trouble getting my SSL working on Demon. I have read all the archives but before I get bogged down with it all, do I really need SSL if we are going to use WorldPay as our PSP?

We are in the application process for WorldPay but from what I remember from a previous site, isn't the page where the customer enters their card details actually hosted by WorldPay? So we won't need to use a SSL page on our site (puting aside the customer login page for the time being)?

No, if you're using worldpay to take the payment then you don't need your own ssl.

WorldPay and the other UK Online Credit Card Processors (OCCPs) provide the SSL encryption part for the cc details receipt, so no SSL is required to securely accept the card details in those systems.
