Brochure Page Error Message

When I try to Preview Offline I get an error message telling me that pages are duplicated (the page it tells me is duplicated, if I understand it rightly, is index.html) However, I only can find one page called index.html and am confused and frustrated as to how I can get rid of this message and continue

Check your home page file name and whether that is set to use as home page and also the Base Page Name within Design | options | site defauls to see if that is where the duplication resides.
