Is there a way round this shipping problem?

I've bought a copy af Ecommerce V6 from a stranger... :-)
Everything seems fine with it, but it's almost certainly a US version.
I'm having a problem configuring the shipping tables, as it defaults to the US setup. Consequently, shipping to the UK is by default, very costly...
Is it just a matter of re-configuring? I've downloaded all the relevant tables for the UK, but not sure how to apply them. Seems to me they have to be entered manually. Is that correct?
Is there a previous thread covers this problem?

Not generally a good idea as Actinic sell a non-transferable license to use the software. Not the software itself.

My best advice would be to contact actinic sales and see what it takes to make your software legal.
