Autofill forms

As google toolbar has the ability to autofill a form, it would help customers to speed up their shopping, but the name field and the city field are not being filled in.

How do I rectify this problem - any suggestions gratefully received!

Hi there

I can get the name to be filled in, by going to "Design | Text | Web Site (Cont) | Invoice Address", and change "Name/Cardholder" to "Fullname:".
The googletool bar can now fill in the name, It should also fill in the "City", but it doesn't.

Looking at http://www.google.com/support/toolbar/?quick=autofill, it seems we are using the same naming fields, so i at a loss. I've tried using different versions of City:, but i just cannot get this to work.

If anyone has done this, please feel free to comment to this thread

Thanks for that Nadeem, the "Full name" worked a treat, but like you have tried changing the city field to no avail.

It seems a little odd!

Any more suggestions anyone?

town/city not being autofilled is not unique to Actinic. It doesn't autofill on any site

Google follows Electronic Commerce Modeling Language (ECML) standards. Here is a link to the documented standards. The answer must be there somewhere although I didn't read it.
