Now i've got the 'Buy One Get One Free' showing, is it possible to format it with html so that it's in bold and on a new line?

    I tried this:
=CONCATENATE(L168," ",H168," ",M168," for ",G168," replaces OEM ",F168," <br><strong>Buy One Get One Free!</strong><br>") which simply shows everything including the code as text in the product description.

    Many thanx in advance

HTML in descriptions needs !!< before it and >!! after it so that Actinic knows that it's to be used as embedded HTML.

Thats one for you to fix yourself. It's your data, after all. Just look at the lines and it should be obvious what's wrong.

all looks fine to me! does 'field' translate to a column of data?

            Cheers

couldnt find the extra fileds problem so reverted to a previuous copy of the excel file...got the 'bogof' working the only problem now is that it pulls the html !!<<strong>buy one get one free!</strong>>!! into the sales invoice too

                  any ideas

That's what you've asked it to do. You wanted it visible in the reports so you could be reminded what to do.

You could lose the HTML tags and put the text in capitals.

If you want it part of your Product Name then it will naturally get passed through to the reports.
