    encrypted box download error

We have come back after the Christmas break to find "hacking for Jesus" has installed a waving Father Christmas on our shop homepage. Also the snapshot of the site details was a little (shame on me) out of date & we have had to quickly rebuild a temporary shop. We use the actinic inbuilt encryption. When a customer has finished entering their order details & get to entering their credit card details, this message appears as the grey box is downloading:

Error reading the order from the applet parameters. This is
usually a programming issue, but is probably due to a
corrupt network transfer of the web page HTML. Try
reloading the page. If the problem persists, save this web
page to your local hard drive and copy the errors from your
Java console to a file. Then send both of these pieces of
information along with URL of the catalog to the catalog
    administrator or support@actinic.com.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there

Sorry to hear you got hacked.

Try my idea on the following post: http://community.actinic.com/showthr...6512#post56512

Delete the "COM" folder and refresh the whole site via "Web | Refresh Website".

    Kind Regards
