Missing sections

Does anybody else have this problem? I have been talking to TS but this is really stressing me and the client out. Sections are there one minute and gone the next upload.. They are there locally and on the normenu. Sometimes sections appear if you rename them slightly..
Just thought I 'd ask the question.

Hi there Jenny,

I have never heard of this issue? Strange one, have you tried uploading to another server, and does the same happen here? I can't see why the section would disappear, apart from the user telling it to be "hidden from the website".
