Refresh website without Catalog Files

Hello,

Just wondered if there is a way to do everything in 'Refresh the website' EXCEPT send the catalog files. I know the catalog files are fine.

The only 2 auto methods for uploading the site is Web | Update or Web | Refresh, with the refresh sending everything.
