Carriage charge by value and post code

Is it possible to offer our customers the chance to get free delivery dependent on order value and their location (determined by post code)? E.G. Minimum order for post codes BA, BH, BS, CB, & DT would be £200 to get free delivery (on our own vehicles) smaller orders would be shipped by carriers at their standard rates (flat rate up to 20Kg, x per kilo 21 - 100Kg and y per kilo 101+Kg)

Inability to handle this (plus inflexibilty in display options of V3) was what killed our mail-order retail experiment.

Hi there,

You could do the above, by going into "Advance | Location" and for the "United Kingdom" you would include States which would be the post code area.
Then in "View | Business Settings | Payment and Security", for Each class it would be a different post code.
