Help with Store sections

A few days ago, i downloaded the trial version, and I am having problems with store sections / product sections being displayed.

Is it possible to only have certain sections displayed in the "store section menu", then when that section is clicked, only display the product names on the page. Once a product is clicked, then display a new page with only that product.

I tried creating blank products, that linked to a new section, but this shows up on the store menu on the side. When i tick "dont show on website", then the previous link will no longer work.

You can hardcode links that you want at the side.

Use the "1 product per section" way of building the store to see only product names on the list page.

Would I need to hard code the menu for each page seperately, or can i do it to the template itself.

Just hard code the links in Act_Primary.html
