shared ssl

Hi,

My ISP Clara provide me with shared SSL in the form of https://clarahost.clara.net/www.mydomain.co.uk/ . I have entered the URL in Business Settings > Payment and Security > Credit Card Capture Config > Unlisted Provider . I save this and try to upload to the site and get the following error when 'Checking Catalog' :

'An error occurred while generating the shared SSL HTML. The shared SSL provider was not found in the database'.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there

Please could you take out this setting in unlisted provider, and place a dot in "Standard SSL". Then click on "OK". Now in the "Payment Method" screen at the bottom, place a tick in "SSL On:" and "Checkout Pages and Customer Login only", click on "Apply" and "OK".

Now go to "Advance | Network Settings" and you should see two tabs along the top. "Standard" and "SSL", here is where you put the details in.
