Shopping Cart Error

I am getting this error message when choosing the shipping destination.

Select Shipping Destination - The country/region combination you selected is invalid. Please check and re-enter your selection.

Any ideas?

Hi Nick,

What have you got set for the region, because you will get this error, if you selected for the country "UK" and the states "New Jersey". Also what the url of where this issue is coming from?

As far as I can see I have no regions set on my shop.

I have only 2 options for shipping. UK and Northern Ireland.

I have my tax set as UK Tax Zone with both UK and Northern Ireland in.

This is happening at the first stage of checkout.

If you go to www.applesoundshop.co.uk and just try ordering any product.

Hi Nick,

Try the following, backup your "Act_Order01.html" or simply rename it to "Backup_Act_Order01.html". Now copy the original "Act_Order01.html" from "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes\BusinessCSS" and paste it in your site1 folder. Update the site and see on checkout, do you have two dropdown list box?

Nope, exactly the same.

Which 2 dropdowns am I looking for?

No, i was thinking you had comment out the state parts in "Act_Order00.html". Hmmm.. a strange issue, this might need someone to have a look into your site via snapshot.
