We have a product that has lots of customisable options - namely a map you can site-centre anywhere. The customer can choose scale, site centre, title and subtitle of the map.
At the moment I have a normal product in Actinic, and a seperate form that the customer fills in, the details from which get sent to us via e-mail. The customer then has to order the map seperately through actinic in order to pay for it.
This has proved too confusing for most customers, and the result is we have plenty of e-mails with map details, but we're having to chase customers up for payment details.
Is there any way I can integrate a form into actinic so that the details get sent with the order?
