Duplicate transactions

Hi all

I have a customer who uses Catalog V5 and Worldpay. They are getting intermittent duplicate transactions in their Worldpay statement.

Could this be an issue with Worldpay or is it simply that the shopper is, after completing their order, clicking Back and then do a refresh and submitting the payment for a second time on the Worldpay payment page?

Is this possible or is there perhaps something else causing the duplicates?

Any ideas welcome.

In my experience this is most commonly due to customers clicking the 'Submit' button twice on the WorldPay form.
