Copying Price Schedules

Is it possible to copy a complete price schedule when that schedule is not the base price? I have a base price, a 10%, 15% & 20% discount schedules. However there are cases where someone on the 10% discount schedule might get 15% off a certain group of products.

Is it possible to give a section different % prices to overide the discount for that particular price schedule without having to manually overide the price?

No - you have to manually override the price (by unchecking the 'Generated' box) in order to change the price of a particular product within a price schedule.
