Attachments to auto-generated emails?

Does anyone know if there is a way of adding an attachment to emails sent by the site automatically - eg order confirmation mails?

Hi there Nick

I have not seen a plugin that will allow you to do this. All the perlscript does, is open an smtp connection, send a plain text taken from a template and close it. You could have a look into Actinic.pm or Orderscript.pl and modify it. Although this will be tricky.
