Actinic keeps crashing when asking to backup

When I exit, I always try and backup. I have compressed the database, but I keep getting this message.

'Catalog - Internet Sales Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

I have copied 'site1' to protect the info, but how can i get around this when I update the clients site?

I'm using developer v 7.

Any help appreciated.

Fixed now (eventually).

The the benefit of others, I found this info in the community.

'There is a known bug whereby snapshots fail if you have a fragment selected when you initiate the snapshot, so always make sure that you have a product or a section selected'.

I clicked off the frag, and job's a good 'un.
