I have had a customer feedback that he had problems getting through the checkout, and to cut a long story short he seems to have some confusion over which were the mandatory fields, and it wasn't until he sent me a screenshot that I understood where the confusion lies - but I still don't know the source of the problem...

Now I know that it is the text on the left highlighted in a different colour that shows optional and mandatory (and there is a message to that effect at the bottom of the screen), but he thought the yellow highlighting in the boxes signified the mandatory fields.
Anyone know where these yellow boxes come from? they're not in my browser. some 'helpful' feature of a browser add-on perhaps?
