    ORDX file / Blob problem

    Dear All,

    On downloading an order, I've just had an error regarding "Blob corruption" (??). The response I took to this was to rename the corrupt order file. The download process now seems to be working ok, but I have an ORDX file sitting on our web server, and in the Actinic orders database there is a new order with no product lines on it.

    I'm presuming the ORDX file contains this missing/corrupt order, does anyone know how to retrieve this?? ( I've searched the archive & knowledge base and found a reference to this problem but no means of resolving it. )

    Hi there

    The file will remain on the server, until you either rename it to to the extension .ord and try and download again, or simply delete it if is is corrupted.

      Hi James,

      Thanks for the reply, as suggested I just renamed the .ordx file back to a .ord file & re-downloaded again and the order came down fine.
