Re Install from system problems

We had a system fault that required a new installation
I have re installed windows XP and it has deleted Actinic, i have a copy of program files on a disk, i have re installed actinic and got the update so we are on version 5.16, how can i get the backed up site to the new install, i have attemted the housekeeping|restore but it shows both the restore options in faint? can anyone help?

I have orders part shipped and all my catalog files now missing so i need to get the site from the disk to the new installation of actinic

When i installed it said a previous version was already installed and i had to change the site1 name otherwise it would not continue

if you backed up site1 and want to restore this to your current PC, then all you need to do is replace the new site1 with the old site1.

hopefully you will have a backup of your security keys too, because you will need these to download any orders that have arrived on your site since the change over
