Site works fine on my computer at work. When customer tries to upload from their computer it stops on 'Sending base files' file No: os000001.cgi
These are the things i've tried
Run out of ideas now and really need some help on this. Everything works fine on my computer and problem only exists on customers computer. They have:
Windows XP.
Bt-internet 1megabit connection.
They have AOL browser software installed as well as bt-internet.
All help very much appreciated.

- Have made customer disable all firewalls or allow access by actinic.
- Tried a full site refresh
- cgi script number ID set to:1
- Only having either 'order processing' or 'catalogue maintenance' checked in the business settings.
- Uninstalling actinic then re-loading it onto computer
- deleting cgi files and allowing customer to do a fresh upload of cgi files
- email my 'os000001.cgi' file to customer to overwrite theres
