CSS Cascading Style sheet not loading in Cart

Every have a day where nothing works????
I am working with Version 6 & Dreamweaver 4 on the site www.actinic.us. the primary template loads fine however when adding product and going into cart mode the CSS does not load. this is making me crazy as I have this working on several other sites and for some reason it will not work on my own site. I feel brain dead.

Well, your Actinic:BASEHREF is working because the shopping cart summary works OK.

The only thing I would suggest trying is renaming 'default.css' to 'actinic.css' and changing the references in the templates to the new file.

Other than that I have no great suggestions other than copying your css file to the cgi-bin and seeing what happens.

Your receomendation was correct. The Style sheet must be named Actinic.css. The solution I used to quickly fix the over all problem was to use link style sheets feature in Dreamweaver.
Select windows | css stylesheet
then select the (edit stylesheet icon on the bottom of the css box)
select the link comand and it will merge the css elements from the original (in my case default.css) stylesheet into the Actinic.css.

Attache the actinic.css stylesheet (I did a find replace) and bam its all done.
