FTP To Trials Site

I think I have made a mistake in uploading my site to the trials site.
http://trials.actinic.com/trials/trial11129/
When I changed Actinic to Hosting version, a message came up saying something about changing the catalog to shop.html
There is a broken link when you click products from the top link.
The shop is now here
http://trials.actinic.com/trials/trial11129/shop.html
and there doesn't appear to be an acatalog directory.

Is it possible to FTP to the Trials site to see what the file structure is?

I also think that I have put the cgi-bin in the wrong place as the search comes up with no template

Hi Andy

and there doesn't appear to be an acatalog directory.

There isnt an acatalog directory on the trial server, so you dont need to put acatalog at the end of your catalog url in Advanced | Network setup.

If you have done this, change it to be http://trials.actinic.com/trials/trial11129/ in the catalog url field.

As for the cgi-bin - this is shared by all the other trial sites, so you will not be able to get ftp access.

Thanks for that.
I have managed to sort it out now, I think.
It looks like it is supposed to and the search has the template around it

I'm a bit concerned that I might have duplicaticate files uploaded onto the trials site in different directories though.

Is it possible to FTP in and see what files are uploaded?
If so, what are the FTP details to login?

Hi Andy

We dont give out the ftp details for the trial server, as it is shared by other people using the 30 day trial aswell.

The trial server is for sites to be uploaded to for 30 days, after that they are removed - try and Web|Refresh website, that will upload your entire site and should give you any errors referring to duplicates as it runs through the refresh.
