HSBC Error..."Unknown Request"

Hi,

I have the error:

Error: Unknown Request: can not be processed

I've read that this is to do with the Hash code and that maybe it's incorrect.

I've tested the HSBC payment screen last week and plenty of times prior on the test server. I have now uploaded the site to the clients host for testing and I now get the error.

I have just checked back on the test server (as I have "updated" since the last test) and I also get the same error there.

Is there something I may have changed in the meantime to make it stop working? I have checked the Hash code and store ID and they are still correct.

Do these codes just stop working for random reasons? Because this is a pain if the site is live and then one day it will just stop working.

Anybody else experienced this? In the meantime I will contact HSBC.

The codes should not stop working, they should always work. I would suggest getting in touch with HSBC and see what happening. If you keep on getting problems with this, then i would suggest in registering an email support at: http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm
