Actinic 4 Errors at checkout

Hi,

Can anyone help with these errors? The first one appears to be showing itself during payment and i am unsure as to where it is coming from, and the other is when the customer is redirected back from Secpay. The Act_SECPayOk.html file is present however this error still shows itself. Any ideas?


A General Script Error Occurred

Error: Error deleting /home/sites/site4/web/acatalog/82Z36Z89Z164A1106392236B18579.cart (No such file or directory).

Hi,

I'm afraid that this problem occurs in the earlier versions of our software. It is due to personal firewalls on your customers pcs. You should be able to solve this issue by upgrading to v4.1.1 CBXA. If you are currently on v4.1.0 then you can just download and apply the patch, however, any earlier than that and you will need to install the full version 4.1.0 and then apply the patch. You should follow the recommended upgrade path, which is:

1. Take a backup of your current site

2. Suspend ordering in your current version

3. Wait about half an hour to ensure that customers placing orders at the time can complete them

4. Download those orders

5. Close Actinic and apply the patch

6. Refresh the site (Web | Refresh Website)

7. Un-suspend ordering and update the site.
