I have been using Actinic for about 8 months with no problems at all, now I've got one and at a loss what to do. Each time I try an upload/take a snapshot it wont allow me to as the 'data truncated' message keeps appearing. It has happenned since I started duplicating a lot of products. But now it seems to be affecting every product which is quite frustrating.
