webform settings problems

hi there

i want to know the path to tell a form where to go to to process,

at the moment the settings are set to my last hosting company (prosite.com), below is the tag:

<form method="post" action="http://www.prosite.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailform.pl">

do i need to change the tag to your hosting name or can i just put my web address? will i need toplace a file in the cgi-bin folder for this tyo work?

Had you previously hardcoded this line somewhere within a template then?

What is your cgi-bin url? Should www.yourdomain.co.uk/cgi-bin, have you tried that?

The MailForm script will also depend on what your new hosting company have supplied you with as they can and do change between hosting companies - as James suggest it should reside in your cgi-bin directory or it may be in the root folder - best to check your hosting companies FAQ file as there will probably be something there regarding the MailForm script and what parameters the script can accept / expects
