Customer e-mails - keeps sending the same message

Hi,
I am just testing out my store. I made an order with a test customer account and my own real e-mail address. I went through the process from the orders screen of sending message confirming order and processing order. I have received that same e-mail 17 times in 4 hours. Any idea why its happening? Something I am missing?

not enough information from you.

Could be a host problem - could be user error - if you placed 17 orders, you would get 17 confirmations.

What email is this you keep getting?

I sent a message to confirm order receipt and processing to 2 customer accounts. The first e-mail address was fine, 1 message and done. The other account keeps getting messages, about 30 in total - few more today. I checked with my host and no one has reported this problem.

you have to assume that Actinic is not continuing to send - the problem is almost certainly a badly configured email server, or email client... I'd bet a LOT on it...
