I wish to edit the e-mail that Actinic sends to me with the details of the customers order.
I would like to add to this e-mail the payment method that the customer used.
The reason for this is that this e-mail is sent to my mobile phone and I never know if the order has been paid or if the customer has chosen cheque as a payment method.
I have recently ordered a lot of products from my suppliers on the basis of these e-mails to find that the customers had opted to pay by cheque, and some of the cheques never arrived leaving me with excess stock.
This simple addition to the e-mail template would save me running up too much excess stock as I would not order from my suppliers if payment was made via cheque.
Any help would be appreciated.
