"The Specified Key is missing or wrong in the Layouts ini file"

Actinic crashed whilst doing a site snapshot and now the program will not run.

Error message: "The Specified Key is missing or wrong in the Layouts ini file"

Have located the 'layouts.ini' file in the windows prefetch folder but not sure what I'm looking for.

System info:
Actinic Developer 7.0.2 or is it 7.2 [latest version - can't check as prog won't load].
Windows XP with SP2.
Actinic has been running quite happily, no indication that it was going to throw a wobbly. Just added a new product, tried to do a site snapshot and crashed.
Any help most appreciated.

Try this: copy the 'BrochureTemplates.ini' file from 'Formats/Themes/Business' into your Site1 folder and then start Actinic.

It should do the trick.

I also had this same problem today, same solution seemed to work. Does Actinic often have these time bombs wating to catch us all out?

According to technical support, this is a bug that will be rectified in a future release. Apparently, it is caused when modifying or adding a new fragment template. Support also said there is a KB article regarding this.
