We have just been contacted by a customer who has pointed out that our customer email receipts do not comply with VAT regulations, because our VAT number is not included in the email.
(The email is the one sent automatically after the customer has purchased - it also contains link to download the customer's purchase.)
Can someone tell me where we can add in the required details, so that they are included automatically in every email.
This is a pretty serious problem.
Any advice would be great.
